It was held at the Nueva Alcantara Marbella padel club with the money raised going to the Global Gift Foundation Casa Angeles.
The charity raises funds to help children with rare and chronic illnesses.
Longoria played and refereed at the event, showing off her well-seasoned padel skills.
The actress owns ElevenEleven Team USA, the official team of the Hexagon Cup padel tournament.
Global Gift will celebrate their annual gala in Marbella next Sunday.
Longoria founded Global Gift alongside her fellow actress, Maria Bravo.

The tournament and gala beneficiary, Casa Angeles, helps more than 500 families and 800 children in the area, giving them occupational therapy, psychological support and physical therapy.
They also managed the VUELA programme, designed to help encourage autonomy in the workplace for young people with intellectual disabilities.
Formerly LA-based, Longoria and her husband, Mexican businessman Jose Baston, 56, moved to the Costa del Sol for the sake of their five-year-old son, Santiago.
The couple see Marbella as an escape from California and the dangers of Santiago getting ‘sucked into the Hollywood cycle’ if he grows up there.
Texas-born Eva has long had links to Marbella through her connections with the Global Gift Foundation, which has been throwing glamorous galas on the costa since 2012.
She has also many friends in the area, including Malaga’s sweetheart, Antonio Banderas.
Longoria purchased the six-bedroom property in early 2023, undertaking extensive renovations including an indoor pool, sauna and gym.
Eva has Spanish citizenship and, in 2022, was given the honorary title ‘Dame’ due to her family roots tracing back to the Spanish city of Oviedo, where her ancestors are from.
