Players from Levante UD’s men’s and women’s first teams will be meeting fans at Nuevo Centro and signing autographs to conclude a series of activities organized by the club’s Heritage Department to celebrate the first anniversary of the official recognition of the Copa España Libre, which Levante UD won in 1937.
Levante fans will have the opportunity to get autographs from captain Pablo Martínez and player Leire Baños this Wednesday, May 8th, at 6:30 PM at the Nuevo Centro Shopping Center, which has collaborated with Levante UD for the anniversary of the official recognition of the Copa España Libre. The shopping center is also hosting the exhibition “La Copa España Libre, un trofeo para honrar” until May 11th.
Since April 24th, several activities have been organized, starting with an exhibition related to the trophy won by Levante FC, in collaboration with Gimnástico, in July 1937, and officially recognized by the RFEF on March 25th, 2023. This was followed by a special Portal de Vallejo to commemorate the anniversary.
An Opportunity to Visit the Exhibition
Organized by Levante UD’s Heritage Department and the shopping center itself, the exhibition, which visitors can enjoy until May 11th, offers the opportunity to delve into the club’s history and relive pivotal moments in its trajectory. Among the activities scheduled as part of the exhibition “La Copa España Libre, un trofeo para honrar,” an edition of Portal de Vallejo stands out, a discussion forum focused on the club’s centennial history, featuring Xavier Rius, Carlos Ayats, and Emilio Nadal, who discussed the significance of the Copa España Libre.
